About Mosaica

Our History

Founded in January 1997 by Dawn and Gene Eidelman, Mosaica opened its first elementary school in September of that year. In August 2001, Mosaica acquired Advantage Schools, Inc. and integrated the Advantage-managed schools into the Mosaica system. Mosaica currently serves more than 11,000 students in over 40 elementary and middle school programs in eight states and the District of Columbia. All the schools operated by Mosaica are schools of choice for both parents and staff.
