Mosaica teachers embrace technology as a powerful teaching tool, and through training and course preparations, they readily master the breadth of background knowledge required by the Paragon Curriculum. In their classrooms, Mosaica teachers promote the same cooperative environment between students in small group work activities and team projects.

Art, music, physical education and foreign language classes are taught by specialists who are trained to link their programs to the Paragon Curriculum. Rather than relegate these disciplines to the periphery of the curriculum, Mosaica’s Paragon program design integrates them into its interdisciplinary center.

Staff development will run 15-20 days a year based on individual professional development plans. Mosaica provides a professional track to cultivate and reward excellence in teaching and mentoring.
