Ebbie Parsons, Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Parsons is responsible for management oversight of Mosaica’s global operations. Prior to joining Mosaica, Dr. Parsons served as the Acting Chief Operating Officer of Hartford Public Schools during his training as a Broad Resident. Through this prestigious professional development program, he received extensive training in leading schools and driving student achievement in urban education settings. Prior to Hartford Public Schools, Dr. Parsons managed American Express’ internal global operations investment portfolio. His earlier career experience also includes serving as an engineering manager at Medtronic and at Visteon. Dr. Parsons earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Florida A&M University, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, an Executive Certificate from Harvard University, and a Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
