Dawn Eidelman, Ph.D., Co-Founder, Chief Education Officer, President of Paragon® Curriculum and Director

Dr. Dawn Eidelman supervises the development of curriculum, instruction and teacher training for the Mosaica Model. She is the creator of Paragon™, and has led the Design Team over the past 17 years in the development of over 50,000 hours of interdisciplinary, hands-on digital content that constitute the Paragon™ Curriculum, our proprietary programmatic contribution to education reform and global learning. Dr. Eidelman has 30 years of experience as a teacher, college professor, curriculum designer, and business executive. A multilingual specialist in the Humanities, she holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Emory University, and she received her Bachelor’s degree from Occidental College. In 2000, Dr. Eidelman was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans by the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce for her innovative work in education reform as co-founder and Chief Education Officer of Mosaica Education.  In 2009, she was honored with her husband and co-founder, Gene Eidelman, with the Entrepreneurial Leadership Award by the Education Industry Association.  In 2013, Dr. Dawn Eidelman was honored by the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) with the world’s most prestigious award presented for excellence in distance learning: Outstanding Leadership by an Individual.  She and her team have recently completed the British version of Paragon™.
